Q: My login for the member's area doesn't work. Can you help me?
A: Most often the password is being incorrectly entered. It is important to remember that the passwords are case sensitive and that all of the letters in the server assigned passwords are capitalized. With that said, it is difficult to tell whether you are looking at a zero or a capital "o" unless you copy your password and paste it into a notepad where the font is different enough between the two for you to see it. We recommend that you copy and paste your password directly into the password field in order to avoid confusion.
