Q: Why don't I see the place to login to the Knowledge Base?

A: The knowledge base login area is in a sidebar which doesn't show up if you view the page in too narrow a window. If you are using a laptop/desktop you can widen the window to see the sidebar. If you are using a mobile device you can try to either zoom out, view the page in landscape mode while logging in, or combine both techniques.
